Oxnard home mold remediation

This loss was originally a pipe bursting in the bathroom adjacent to a hallway and office, which were also affected.  The entire area affected was approximately 200 square feet.

The tricky part of this job was this was a side by side apartment complex.  The loss occurred in a shared wall which also affected the neighbor's home.  High moisture levels were found in the neighbor's home and mold was also seen there.

Our before photo shows an office baseboard where mold has begun growing.  The after photo shows behind the baseboard and drywall, where the framing has been cleaned and is in the final stages of the drying process.
