Laundry wall pipe broke Oxnard CA

This loss was the result of a broken pipe in a laundry room.  When our technician arrived on site the pipe had already been repaired.  This room was a shared master bedroom/laundry room.  The bulk of the equipment was placed in the laundry area of the washer and dryer.  The carpet and pad had to be removed due to saturation. This building was built in 1978, therefore lead and asbestos testing was needed.

After three days of drying time, the master bedroom was dry however some moisture still remained in the laundry room.  Approval was obtained to leave a few pieces of equipment to finish the laundry room.

In the Before picture, you can see the area where the broken pipe was found.  The After picture shows the dry readings from a wall in the master bedroom.
