Oxnard CA slab leak

The cause of this Oxnard CA loss was a slab leak concentrated in the home's family room.  The drying process was complicated by a miscommunication that resulted in walls being cut open before lead and asbestos testing could be done.  This process was hindered by the logistics that go with lead and asbestos testing.

Despite these difficulties, we were permitted to place a dehumidifier to at least begin the drying process.  However, no air movers were allowed with the wall openings.  Once asbestos testing was finished, we also handled the abatement.
