Cause of loss was a broken water heater in the middle of the night. This water damage affected approximately 3,000 square feet of the building. The flooring was cement in addition to affected baseboard. 12 dehumidifiers and 44 air movers were placed originally to help begin the drying process. Due to the size of the job equipment also had to be re-positioned several times once an area was dry. In addition to drying the floor, portions of drywall and insulation had to be removed to allow for drying of the wall and wood framing. Most work was done while the company continued to operate to minimize a loss in business.
