Ventura CA toilet overflow

This job was an overflowing toilet in the master bathroom causing damage to the bathroom, master bedroom, hallway, and one other bedroom.  Our crew arrived on site and began the extraction process and pulled out and disposed of all sections of affected carpet.  We were able to dry in place with the exception of the master bathroom due to the presence of wet drywall.  

Our ability to dry the drywall was hindered by the presence of asbestos.  Due to drying in place, no asbestos testing was needed because no walls were removed.

In the Before photo you can see the extremely wet readings from the bedroom carpet.  In the After photo, you can see the results of our extraction and drying in the same bedroom.
