Oxnard CA pipe leak

The client noticed water damage behind the master bathroom vanity.  A plumber was called in to repair a leak behind the wall.  When our crew arrived on site, we discovered the loss was due to a pipe leak behind the vanity.  The loss caused damage to the bathroom and the adjacent master bedroom.

To begin the drying process, the carpet was pulled and some of the carpet pad was disposed of.  Equipment was placed and the demo of the vanity began.  The vanity was removed while the drywall was cut out but the insulation was undamaged.  Some equipment was left in the bathroom to address moisture in the wood studs.
